Basic:
- Title - Enter your blog name
- Description- Write a description about your blog, write the details of which category is your blog.
- Blog Language - Choose the language of your blog (choose the language you want to write the post for)
- Adult Content - Keep it off
- Google Analytics Property ID - Popup Show. Now copy your Analytics tracking ID from Google Analytics and paste it here.
Privacy:
- Visible to search engines- Turn ON
Publishing:
- Blog address- type your blog URL
- HTTPS redirect- Turn on
Permissions:
- Blog admins and authors- enter your name
- Maximum posts are shown on the main page - Show at least posts.
- Formatting:
- Time Zone - Select your country's time zone (GMT + 5: 30 for India)
- Select the date header format, timestamp format, and comment timestamp format by clicking on it.
- Meta tag - is the main setting for your blog SEO settings, it will help to show on Google search

- Enable Custom Robot - On
- Custom Robot .txt- This is the main complex setting. A popup appears when you turn on the custom robot .txt. Paste the HTML code here but you do not have the HTML code. Now the question is, how to get this HTML code? For this, we need to go to Google Sitemap Generator.
- Go to Google Sitemap Generator. And generate the code, copy and paste the code here.
How to generate code in sitemap?
- Enter your blog URL in the Generate Sitemap box. After entering the URL, click on Generate Sitemap. Doing this generates a code, copy this code and paste it into your robot's settings in custom robots .txt and save.
- Enable Custom Robot Header Tag - On.
- Home page tag - Click on the home page tag and select 'All and Noodup', then turn both buttons on.
- Collection and Search Page Tag-Click on the Collection and Search Page tag and select 'Noindex and Noodup', then turn on both buttons.
- Post and Page Tags - Click on Post and Page Tags and select 'All and Noodup', then turn both buttons on.
Google search console
- Click on Google Search Console, when you click on Google Search Console, a new page opens. On the left is a dashboard with a 'sitemap' option available, select the option. A new option named 'Add a new sitemap' will appear.
- Enter your blog URL in 'Add new sitemap' and add sitemap.xml together, and submit
- For example https://example.blogspot.com/sitemap.xml.
- If this process was successful after submission, then you have to pay attention. It is also known as website submission.
Post Feed Redirect URL
- After clicking on the post feed redirect URL a popup will appear, keep it open and open a new tab in Google Chrome. In Chrome, search 'FeedBurner', click on the first option which is -Google FeedBurner. Paste your blog URL in the 'Burn a Feed Right This Instant' column and click on Next.
- A new page will open, click on the next option. Clicking on the next option opens another new page as before.
- In success, a message opens the 'Congratulations' page. Click on the Next button at the bottom of this page.
- Another new page will open, click on the Next button again. Then another new page opens, where you can see the name of your blog. In the top menu, four options will be displayed: Analysis, Customization, Promotion, Troubleshooting, and click on the 'Publish' button.
- A new page will open again. The Email Subscription option will appear on the left, click Email Subscription. A page will be displayed, below is an 'Activate' button. Click on the button.
- Another page will open, you will be able to see an HTML code, copy it, and add the gadget, and save it. You will be able to paste in the layout section of your blog in the sidebar.
- Then go to the previous tab that you kept open, copy the FeedBurner URL link and paste it here.
